International Symposium on Wikis and Open Collaboration (WikiSym) is an annual scientific symposium on wikis. It has been held since 2005. In 2010 the WikiSym 2010 was co-located in Gdansk, Poland with Wikimania 2010.

In 2013 WikiSym will be a joint symposium with OpenSym and called 2013 Joint International Symposium on Open Collaboration.

Related meetings are Workshop on Semantic Wikis (SemWiki) that takes place in connection with Extended Semantic Web Conference, Wikimania and WikiAI as well as ACM Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems (CHI).

Among the meeting chair has been Phoebe Ayers, Felipe Ortega, Andrea Forte, Cliff Lampe, Dan Cosley, Dirk Riehle and Ademar Aguiar.
