[edit] Method

Right subgenual prefrontal cortex and left subgenual prefrontal cortex volumes were semi-automatically measured with MedX "by a trained evaluator" based on the method from Subgenual prefrontal cortex abnormalities in mood disorders. The tracing procedure was also "exactly as previously reported " in Anatomical MRI study of subgenual prefrontal cortex in bipolar and unipolar subjects.

Intracranial volume were measured with Scion Image Beta-4.0.2 for Windows "by another trained evaluator".

Right subgenual prefrontal cortex, left subgenual prefrontal cortex and intracranial volumes are reported.
