Serotonin transporter (5-HTTLPR) genotype and amygdala activation: a meta-analysis is a meta-analysis of neuroimaging genetics studies on the 5-HTTLPR polymorphism in the serotonin transporter gene and amygdala activation. The study considered 11 published functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) studies and 3 unpublished fMRI studies, two perfunction magnetic resonance imaging studies and one positron emission tomography PET study.

There is an erratum to the study.[1] The erratum states the there was an erroneous inclusion of the standard error for one study instead of the standard deviation.
