The Neuroimaging Informatics Tools and Resources Clearinghouse (NITRC) is a Web-based source for neuroimaging tools and resources. Formally launched 2007 October 1 it is now available from:

http://www.nitrc.org/

Users can rate the tools and resources on the Web-page.

Among its entries are such tools as MRIcron and Mindboggle as well as data sets [1]. In September 2010 it had 306 registered resources.

NITRC is funded by National Institutes of Health Blueprint for Neuroscience Research, and it shares its content with the INCF Software Center and Neuroscience Information Framework (NIF).
