Lyngby Toolbox is a Matlab toolbox for functional neuroimaging developed at DTU Informatics, Technical University of Denmark now primarily by Finn Årup Nielsen. It may analyze functional magnetic resonance imaging brain scans with, e.g., K-means clustering, FIR filters and artificial neural networks. The toolbox is available from:

The K-means clustering has been used to image-based kinetic modeling with positron emission tomography data.[1]
