Gephi is a software program for network visualization and exploratory network analysis. It is a free software project and available from:

http://gephi.org/

It can read a variety of formats and work with databases, such as MySQL, Postgres, Neo4j. It can do graph streaming.

It started as a student project at a university. Sébastien Heymann is behind the software.

The development is organized with the Gephi Consortium.

Gephi was demonstrated at the school of NetSci 2013. The workshop kit is available from:
