DataViewer3D (DV3D) is multimodal neuroimaging visualization software, and is built on Python, the Visualization Toolkit (VTK) and the Python libraries numpy, scipy and wx. DV3D visualizes volumes and surfaces from MRI as well as results from DTI and EEG/MEG.
