COP15 was the United Nations Climate Change Conference 2009 — an event that took place in Bella Center, Copenhagen, Denmark from December 7th to December 18th 2009. The homepage for the event was:

It is the 15th Conference of the Parties (COP 15) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. A number of world leaders attended the conference, e.g., Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper[1] and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao.[2]
