Lyngby History
The Lyngby Toolbox was originally written for the
analysis of 4D (i.e. 3D spatial over time) experimental data obtained
from controlled multicentre trials for the Human
Brain Project (Spatial and Temporal Patterns in Functional
Neuroimaging).
The toolbox was created to allow the collaborators
access to advanced mathematical and statistical analysis methods
without the need to write any code or necessarily fully understand
the subtlies of the underlying mathematics.
It is now available as open-source for non-commercial
use so that other researchers may benefit - see the Download
section for details regarding downloading and restrictions.
