brede_sur_scale - Scale vertices in 'sur' structure
Sout = brede_sur_scalevert(Sin, factor)
Input: Sin 'Sur' input structure
factor Scaling factor
Property: center [ {[0 0 0]} | 3D coordinate ]
Output: Sout Scaled 'sur' structure
Scale the vertex coordinates in a 'sur' structure. The
vertices are scaled around the coordinate defined by the
center property.
