brede_mat_negate - Negate element values in matrix
function Mout = brede_mat_negate(Min)
Input: Min 'Mat' structure or numerical matrix
Output: Mout 'Mat' structure
Change sign on all elements in the matrix.
Example:
M = brede_mat_negate(ones(2,3))
M.matrix % Should give a matrix: [-1 -1 -1; 1 1 1]
