 brede_vta_bkground   - Construct VRML Talairach Background

       function brede_vta_bkground(file, ...
           'PropertyName', 'PropertyValue')

       Input:    file       VRML2 filename of file identifier
 
       Property: SkyColor   [ {[1 1 1]} ] Background color

       This function constructs the VRML Talairach background. The
       default back ground color is white.
