WOROI: 443 - Subicular complex

A area consisting of the subiculum, presubiculum and parasubiculum according to Witter and Amaral (2004), though they do not support this conglomeration. All of the areas lie between the CA1 field of the hippocampus proper and the entorhinal cortex. According to the Mai atlas it is part of the retrocommisural hippocampus.
