OOGL is a filetype that the
Geomview program uses.
Geomview is a fast program used for visualization of 3D objects.
It is available for NeXT, SGI, HP, Linux,
rs600-machines, Alpha, sun4 and for X11-platforms in general. Geomview
is easy to use and the polygon files has a simple format.

BrainThe Brain (0.3M). The object is from a set of 2D reconstructions of PET data. The resulting images generate a volume, which have been segmented using a marching cubes algorithm. |

Motor I saliency mapThe "Motor I" saliency map: Blobs and edges (43k). The PET scanned subjects is tabbing their fingers on the thumb. The scanning session is rest-tabbing-rest. A neural network is trained to predict whether or not the subject were at rest or tabbing. After this the weights in the neural network is analyzed to find the important brain regions for its decisions: the saliency map is the result. Saliency paper: saliency map |

Saccaded saliency mapThe "saccade" saliency map: Blobs and edges (43k). The PET scanned subjects follow an array of lights with the eyes. The switching frequency of the lights is changed. The Neural Network is to predict the frequency from the brain scans. Saliency paper: saliency map |
